Meal prep for busy professionals
Eat real food on a calendar packed with meetings. Joeys plans 20-minute weeknights and smart Sunday prep.
The problem
- Your evening 'cook' window is 25 minutes, max
- You order DoorDash three times a week and resent it
- Sunday prep falls apart by Wednesday
- You don't have the energy to decide what to eat after work
- Lunches keep being whatever's at the office

Questions
- What if I work late unexpectedly?
- Swap that night's meal to a 10-minute one in the app. Joeys keeps the rest of the week intact.
- How long is the Sunday prep?
- Usually 60-90 minutes — Joeys won't suggest a 4-hour Sunday. If you want zero prep, set 'no prep day' and weeknights cook fresh.
- Do I have to eat the same lunch all week?
- No. Sunday prep builds 2-3 lunch bases that rotate through the week. You can also add fresh midweek lunches if you'd rather.
- Will this actually replace DoorDash?
- It replaces the 'I have nothing to cook' DoorDash. The 'I'm at my desk past 9' DoorDash is still on you.
- Is it good for one person?
- Yes. Set servings to 1 and Joeys won't over-shop. Or set 2 if you want leftovers for lunch.
